Please join us a for a short yoga workshop to review the role of body awareness in balance and how yoga practice can help with imbalance and dizziness. The workshop will include a brief lecture with handouts followed by 90 minutes of yoga practice. This class/workshop is intended for those with balance problems and dizziness, especially those with vestibular disorders. The yoga practice will primarily focus on supported standing poses so all mobility levels are encouraged to attend.
