Walking Tours: Beyond the Palisade – Dutch Gap’s Mysterious and Unknown History
When: Fridays, 11 a.m.-12:30 p.m. Continues through Sept. 4 2020
This 90-minute walking tour will bring visitors to the Henricus bluff on the James River and will touch on the many layers of history here. Your tour will cover the history of the land from the early 1600s with the Powhatans and English Colonists, the Civil War, Revolutionary War, and up until World War I.
