As part of the inaugural “Richmond Navy Week” the Virginia War Memorial is proud to be hosting an outdoor concert with the United States Fleet Forces Command Band. We invite you and your family to join us outdoors in the Memorial’s E. Bruce Heilman Amphitheater. The Memorial will be open extended hours this evening and parking will be free and plentiful.
