The annual Ukrop's Christmas Parade returns to Richmond's Broad Street on Saturday, Dec. 1. The theme of this year's parade is "Making Richmond Holiday Memories." The parade also features the usual high-flying balloons, decorative floats and of course, Santa Claus.
