For yogis looking to understand the physiological effects of trauma and how to combine the key principles of a trauma informed approach with the practice of yoga. Objectives: Blend the science of trauma and yogic philosophy to create a safe environment for all populations; Become familiar with the concept of trauma and mindfulness, and understand the relationship of each to the brain.
