Two frequent collaborators from Philadelphia will bring their lovely and contemplative folk-rock songs to the tiny back room of Black Iris for what should be a special evening. Rosali Middleman, in particular, just released a beautiful second album, “Trouble Anyway” (Scissor Tail Records) filled with moody folk songs and Laurel Canyon country-style ballads that pack a punch with their lyrical observations on relationships. Guests on her album include Mike Polizze from Purling Hiss, Nathan Bowles and harpist extraordinaire Mary Lattimore. Definitely worth checking out while she’s still playing small spaces. Doors open at 7 p.m. and the show’s at 8. 321westbroad.com.
