Celebrate Thomas Jefferson’s 276th birthday at his boyhood home. Tuckahoe Plantation is holding Thomas Jefferson Birthday Bash” on Sunday, April 14, from noon to 3 p.m. Enjoy the spring equinox with gardening and learning about heritage gardens. Sweet treats and a favorite caffeinated beverage of Jefferson’s will be served, with a market of handmade goodies, making the perfect birthday gift. Wander the blooming gardens with the $5 admission fee for guests 6 years and older. Enjoy some colonial games on the grassy lawn.
