The vendors at the Good Shepherd Baptist Church Health and Wellness Fair are full of information, including subjects as varied as healthy cooking and looking good with beauticians and barbers. The American Heart Association, YMCA and Southside Regional Medical Center will be there. Get Healthy Doctor Talks are sessions where health professionals will present information on various topics as well as fielding questions from attendees, giving guidance and local resources. There also will be basic exercise sessions.
