The Educated Voter: Ever Rising Health Care Cost: What Drives It

Massey Whorley, senior policy advisor with the office of Gov. Ralph Northam, will discuss the basics of U.S. health care policy and financing and the factors that drive its cost. This will include the tensions between cost, quality and access. Based on that review, he will address current controversies about potential federal and state policy changes.
