Its theme is Updating the Menu, and it will present views on the current state of the general American diet, how we think about the food we eat, and how it gets to our tables. We will be screening three TED talks, and discussion facilitators from the local food scene will be present to lend their knowledge and to listen to the thoughts and ideas of local residents.
