Meet at 412 N 29th St. for a leisurely bike ride including food tasting to a 45 minute outdoor yoga practice. Ashley Williams will lead a 45-minute all-levels outdoor yoga class that will introduce postures, breathing practices and meditation to stretch, balance and relax. Please bring your own mat. There will be a few mats available for use.
