The chef's tasting dessert trio ($10; desserts change seasonally) currently includes a goat's-milk budino, a hazelnut semifreddo and a warm chocolate torte with rum-fig ice cream. Each dessert has a unique texture, taste and temperature. The creaminess of the budino (left), which is the Italian version of crème caramel, pairs well with the airy and fluffy semifreddo (center).
