Strength Training for Women

Join Dave Robinson of Get Strapped Stay Strapped as he discusses the benefits of strength training for women (hint - there are a ton!), why you can't "tone" muscle that's not already there, and watch as he demonstrates proper form on the compound lifts you should be adding into your functional fitness routine. He'll also dispel myths like "lifting weights will make me bulky" and "squats are bad for your knees" as well as talk about how the scale lies and why recovery is SO important.
