Still Thuggin'

Though he's remembered as a marginal rapper, some of Eazy-E's contributions to the music industry endure. His former protégés The Black Eyed Peas have done fairly well, and another of his projects, Bone Thugs-N-Harmony, is still in the game. The rap foursome originally consisted of Krayzie Bone, Layzie Bone, Wish Bone and Bizzy Bone and was known for its fast-paced style of rapping popular on hits such as "Tha Crossroads" and the welfare carol, "1st of tha Month." The Cleveland group, now a trio, released its first album in five years, "Strength & Loyalty," in 2007. If you can't make the show at Toad's Place Tuesday, March 25, at 8 p.m., you can always meet them at the crossroads. Divine Profitz opens. $20-$25. 648-TOAD.
