Learn the history and how to’s of making freshly sourced infusions, shrubs, bitters and progressive cocktails using local ingredients for drinks or home-made sodas. Incorporate easy, budget-friendly and fun tricks into your next house party, restaurant, wedding/catered event and more. Together with Master drink-maker Sean Rapoza, you will make a shrub that you can take home. You will also learn quick and easy cocktail garnishes to wow your friends and colleagues. Recipes, contact information, and a suggested path for future exploration will be included in the take-home with a list of ingredients.
