Sushi Ninja: The Fan district sushi spot has gone greener, with new insulated windows, low-energy light bulbs, compostable to-go containers made of spun sugar and corn silk, oil recycling, participation in offsets program. Pescados: Recession-buster specials including Two for Tuesday tacos and beer; Wednesday margarita and frita night; Thursday cheap date night with $4 bottle of house red or white and free dessert with two entrees. Chef Todd Manley is now getting overnight deliveries of fresh red king crab from the Dutch harbor.
