Richmond’s First and only Australian Football Club, RVA Lions, is hosting FREE screening of Australian film “The Merger” on Tuesday, June 18, 2019 (at 6:15pm) at the historic Byrd Theatre. The film, set in a fictitious rural Aussie community and featuring it’s local “footy” team, is a heartwarming comedy that shows the way the sport can help aid in developing an inclusive, multi-layered & nurturing community.McDonald’s in conjunction with their Worldwide Favorites campaign. This event is being held in conjunction with local celebrations of World Refugee Day. Donations will be accepted at the door.
