“Indivisible," and “The Women of Maidan.” “Indivisible” Renata, Evelyn, and Antonio were young children when their parents brought them to the U.S. in search of a better life; they were teenagers when their families were deported. Today, they are known as Dreamers. Indivisible takes place as they fight for a pathway to citizenship and a chance to be reunited with their loved ones. Documentary Feature - World United States, 1:18:30 “The Women of Maidan” In November 2013, students peacefully gathered in Maidan Nezalezhnosti (Independence Square) in Kiev, Ukraine to celebrate their common goal of an economic treaty with the European Union. The peaceful demonstration came to an end when government special police forces broke into the square. The women of Maidan selflessly sustained their political movement by providing love, nourishment, and care during desperate times. Q&A to follow with filmmakers.
