The Richmond World Affairs Council presents its April Program: "PUSHBACK – The hardening U.S. Policy against China’s challenges: status, outlook and implications" - a public lecture and discussion with Dr. Robert Sutter. Details: Join us for an informative evening lecture and connect with other engaged members of the Richmond Community to discuss important foreign affairs matters! Dr. Sutter will speak on the across-the-board hardening of US government policy and practice toward China over the past two years. Our distinguished speaker Robert Sutter is Professor of Practice of International Affairs at the Elliott School of George Washington University.
