Founded to preserve the musical heritage of New Orleans while providing veteran musicians a place to play, Preservation Hall Jazz Band has devoted six decades to delighting audiences at home and around the world. Called “the past and promise of American music” by Rolling Stone, the band continues to honor tradition with an energy and enthusiasm that is anything but stuffy or dated.
