Birthing and sustaining life can be miraculous and rewarding. It can also be exhausting, taking a toll on body and mind. Join Meredith Sisson for a 2-hour workshop intended to give new moms a much-needed, well-deserved break by leading them through restorative postures designed for the postpartum body. Each posture will allow participants to feel completely supported while gently stretching muscles and opening areas of the body that become overtaxed in caring for a baby. Take this time to pamper and care for yourself within a warm community of new mothers. Dress comfortably and warm for the workshop.
