Birthing and sustaining life can be miraculous and rewarding. It can also be exhausting, taking its toll on body and mind. Join Meredith Sisson for a 2-hour workshop intended to give new moms a much-needed, well-deserved break by leading through a sequence of restorative postures designed specifically for the postpartum body. Each posture will allow participants to feel completely supported while gently stretching muscles and opening areas of the body that become tight and overtaxed in caring for baby. Take this time to pamper and care for yourself within a warm community of new mothers. Dress comfortably and warm.
