Make fresh pasta from scratch! We will make several different varieties using ingredients readily available like flour and eggs. We will cover several different types of flour. Let us show you how to make a wonderful meal from Linguine to Ravioli. A pasta machine will be on hand for demonstration. If you have your own past machine and aren’t quite sure how to use it then bring it to class and learn more about it. Have an herb garden? Feel free to bring your favorite herbs along to incorporate into your pasta. Fresh pasta can’t be beat.
