It’s the bar known for beer and more beer — and not the kind that comes in a plastic cup, but on a multiple-page menu, described like wine, and in the right glass, poured just so. The staff knows of which it pours: There are monthly training sessions starting with Beer 101. “They’re just so passionate about what they serve and what they do,” Cap Ale’s vice president, Chris Holder, says of the staff. “They enjoy being there.” Three locations: downtown, Innsbrook and Midlothian.
