"The Other Side of the Curtain: Soviet Jews Create New Lives in Richmond, Virginia," exhibition chronicling how the Richmond Jewish community helped Soviet Jews to become Americans from the late 1970s to the early 2000s. "That You’ll Remember Me: Jewish Voices of the Civil War," the history of the American Jewish community from 1861 to 1865. Through Dec. 31. "Commonwealth and Community: the Jewish Experience in Virginia," the museum's permanent exhibition originally curated by Melvin Urofsky and first exhibited at the Virginia Historical Society in 1997.
