Many people are seeking increased well being but aren’t sure exactly how to get started. Just beginning can seem overwhelming with all the advice out there! This course, offered for convenience on zoom, supports participants’ mindfulness meditation practice and also includes the most current topics from the science of wellbeing and positive psychology. This class will focus on socio-emotional and psychological wellbeing rather than physical health. The course integrates mindfulness techniques and meditations, teachings related to the science of well-being, individual reflections, and interactive exercise. Offered by two college professors that specialize in everyday language and accessibility.
