March Mindfulness: Midday Meditation and Bach

March Mindfulness combines the beauty of classical music with a heightened sense of awareness to create an oasis of time and space apart from your busy work week. It’s an opportunity to bring your full attention to the present moment. Every Wednesday in March, a solo instrumentalist will perform works of Johann Sebastian Bach, preceded by an introduction to mindfulness led by a Chrysalis Institute instructor.
