Take control of your wellness through learning, practice and time in community. There are many components of wellbeing including your mental health/mindset, nutrition, sleep habits and stress management techniques. Together we will explore how everything in the mind and body works together to support your most meaningful life! You have more control than you realize with the right knowledge and practices to support you. This class will arm you with the knowledge and motivation you need to take better care of YOU.
