Algerian script writer and film director Sofia Djama will present her film, "Les Bienheureux" ("The Blessed"), and discuss the process, challenges and opportunities of filmmaking in Algeria. The film, which examines life in Algiers in the aftermath of the Civil War, portrays a married couple as they are about to celebrate their 20th anniversary. A Q &A and reception will follow the film.
