The mill was listed by Thalhimer Commercial Real Estate for $750,000 — a tidy sum for a building of only 1,870 square feet (about $400/square foot). A less remarkable retail space a short ways down the pike is listed at $300,000 for 5,100 square feet (about $59/square foot).
Robin Wash Krouse, co-owner of the Cold Harbor Antique Mall in the nearby Windmill Center, says she's curious to see what becomes of the building.
The windmill's arms used to turn when the bank was open, Krouse says.
