Able to vote but not drink, placed in the Guinness World Records book as the youngest rapper to have a No. 1 hit, playing basketball in "Like Mike" and wearing short shorts in "Roll Bounce," Bow Wow is crossing that treacherous territory from Lil' to big-time, a place where many have Macaulay-Culkined their way into the weird fringes of the entertainment world. Bow Wow's "Wanted" Tour reunites him with producer Jermaine Dupri, who first brought Lil' into the limelight with "Beware of Dog" and got him hooked up with Snoop Dogg and Hollywood, before he went with Columbia and recorded the mildly received "Unleashed." Now back in the fold, Bow Wow stands to face adulthood's challenges: More movies? More street to the songs? B. Wowy, perhaps? He plays the Richmond Coliseum Friday, May 12, at 8 p.m. with B5, T-Pain and Ray J. Tickets are $20-$32. Call 262-8100 or visit www.ticketmaster.com.
