Join Amanda Lynch for a four-week koru mindfulness Basic Series. Koru is a mindfulness curriculum developed at Duke University to target developmental needs and interests of young adults. During this series, Lynch, a certified Koru Mindfulness Teacher-in-Training, will teach a mindfulness meditation practice, mind-body skills, and breathing techniques. Course begins July 28 and ends Sept. 8. In between sessions students will complete on-going self-led mindfulness practices through reading and mindfulness practice. The goal of this course is to help all participants learn practical skills to manage stress and open their minds.
