Our 1 hour intro to yoga class, free for all new students, introduces you to the foundations of a yoga practice. designed just for the beginner, this class is taught in a safe and supportive environment and offers fundamental details applicable to any style of yoga offered here. led by one of our level 1 instructors, you’ll learn basic postures and alignment, how to use props, proper breathing, and relaxation techniques. this class is a great way to learn the physical practice of yoga, piece by piece, to help you transition into any style yoga class!
