Kristin Blankenship is a mixed-media artist, wife, and mom to two teenage children with varying levels of special needs. When her oldest child was diagnosed with autism at 2 ½ years old, Blankenship quickly found herself in a long season of survival until her youngest child started school. After working with a life coach, she discovered her authentic voice through creating and began a deep process of healing. In this seminar, she will share the story of her early years as a special needs mom and how she sees the art process as a metaphor for living.
