The Exchange is an Educational Forum for Artists. RVA Thriving Artists is a non-profit that sponsors programs to educate and inform artists. Join us for The Exchange meetings. In these programs, you will learn about the business side of being an artist (creating a website, marketing your art, copyright laws), and techniques around making art (welding, painting, illustrating, clay work and more). This session will feature local glass maker, Gina Aiken, and will share the tools and basic skills needed to work in the art of hot glass. The fee is $10 and you must register to attend.
