Yoga source apprentice, diana stoen, will offer a free 1-hour class where you will learn traditional postures and techniques that offer you a well-rounded, safe, and balanced practice. join the community and build strength, stamina and flexibility by learning the basics of hatha yoga ~ postures (asana), breath work (pranayama) and relaxation (savasana).
