Generation Dream 2018

When: Fri., Feb. 2, 7-9 p.m. 2018

"Generation Dream" offers the opportunity for a diverse cast of talented young people to make their voices heard during Black History Month. Richmond area youth are concerned about issues of social justice and hope for a future in which young people of all backgrounds can flourish. Through "Generation Dream," talented youth and supporting adult artists perform original poems, music and dance pieces. All performances honor Martin Luther King Jr.’s legacy and vision of peace, nonviolence and social justice. This family-friendly event is free and the public is invited. Donations to support the Peace Center’s programs will be gratefully accepted.

Price: Free.
