Join a free movement exploration class with Firehouse’s resident company, K Dance. Beginning Oct. 9, Firehouse Theatre will host once-a-month movement sessions. Structured for nondancers and dancers alike – and anyone in-between – these monthly respites will provide a space to explore and recharge. This will be a time to move and stretch, to breathe, to shake off our daily toils and to have fun. Open to teens and adults – no experience necessary.
