National Theatre Live’s 2011 broadcast of "Frankenstein" returns to cinemas as part of the its 50th anniversary celebrations. Oscar-winner Danny Boyle of "Trainspotting" and "Slumdog Millionaire" directs the production with Benedict Cumberbatch of "Star Trek: Into Darkness" and the, BBC’s "Sherlock" and Jonny Lee Miller of "Trainspotting" and CBS’s "Elementary" alternating roles as Victor Frankenstein and his creation.
