Life for 11-, 12- and 13-year-olds can be especially tough as they are learning about themselves, other people and their environments. Yoga can teach children how to manage their feelings, examine their thoughts and generally to help them connect with themselves. Yoga also deals in kindness to ourselves, others and our world. The class will offer children an alternative way to deal with stress and anxiety as well as give them an opportunity to celebrate themselves.
