Former "Lost Boy" John Dau to Share His Story with Richmond Community

When: Sat., April 13, 5-8 p.m. 2019

John Dau, a refugee turned activist, author and creator of the John Dau Foundation to aid the people of South Sudan, will share his compelling story of survival with fellow Richmond residents Saturday, April 13 at The Collegiate School’s Centennial Hall. Dau was one of the 27,000 Lost Boys of Sudan, displaced from their homes in the Second Sudanese Civil War. The event will include traditional Sudanese food and entertainment as well as remarks by Dau.
