In this interactive discussion, yogini Mary Burruss will explain how the sensory experience of eating affects our overall health. Mary will offer solutions for changing eating habits for the purpose of regaining physical health and connection to the human spirit. Included in this workshop is a brief meditation, a few simple, seated yoga moves, and a basic art project for participants to envision their ultimate dining experience.
