I approach life like I eat — I’ll try anything twice. The first time, I try food to taste something I’ve never had. The second time, I put it in my mouth to either confirm or re-evaluate my initial impression. This weekend you can put a whole lot of food in your mouth that may never before have graced your taste buds at the Lebanese Food Festival. In its 31st year, the annual celebration of Lebanese cuisine will offer platefuls of taste stimulations Friday through Sunday, May 15-17, at St. Anthony Maronite Church. Along with ample selection of sweet and savory delights, there will be showcases of the music and dancing indigenous to the civilization that predate recorded history.
