Elvatrice Belsches

Elvatrice Belsches is an author, researcher, and public historian, specializing in chronicling the experiences of African-Americans in Richmond and beyond. She has authored several biographies for the “African American National Biography,” and served as a researcher for Steven Spielberg’s movie “Lincoln.” Her talk will be based on her book “Black American Series: Richmond, Virginia.”
