What with "Big Brother," "Survivor" and "Who Wants to Marry a Millionaire" - not to mention the election - I'll bet you think you've seen everything, right? Wrong. How'd you like to see a grown man frozen inside a huge block of ice for three days? You would? That'll make ABC-TV happy. The network has arranged to have performer David Blaine push the limits of his endurance by freezing himself in a block of ice for 72 hours in the middle of New York City.
