The American Heart Association is building a community of friends and co-workers to join the organization on a quest to put the brakes on heart disease and stroke in Richmond. The stationary cycling event is taking place at Maymont on May 30. Flow Cycle Studio is providing the bikes, instructors and energy for this active happy hour powered by spirited teams, great music, brain games and friendly competition.
