Learn about the delights of the cuisine of Mexico with Executive Chef Anne Maury Haapala as she demonstrates how home chefs can create regional favorites at home using tried and true techniques and fresh ingredients. Demonstration is followed by a delicious dinner featuring some of the recipes demonstrated along with an alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverage depending on your preference.
