There’s nothing sexier than a woman who can kick your ass. The new documentary “Claw” is full of them. The film tells the tale of the Collective of Lady Arm Wrestlers, a group started in Charlottesville in 2011, which is dedicated to empowering women and strengthening local communities through theater, philanthropy and, of course, arm wrestling. Chapters have sprung up all over the world as women have taken to their message of peace through strength — not only as a bonding experience but also as a means to do some charitable good in local communities. Held by Richmond Arm Wrestling for Ladies (RAWFL), a screening of the film will be shown at Lovebomb at 6 p.m. on Friday, Jan. 10, with all proceeds going to local charities. Admission is $5. lovebombrva.com.
