Robert M. Dunkerly (Bert) is a historian, award-winning author, and speaker who is actively involved in historic preservation and research. He has worked at nine historic sites, written eleven books and over twenty articles. Bert will present on November 2, 2023 at 7:00 p.m. to the Petersburg Civil War Roundtable (PCWRT). Dunkerly will share the story of “Civil War Railroads.” Annual membership to PCWRT is $40.00. Individuals who are already members of Pamplin Historical Park can become members of PCWRT for $20.00.
