"It was the ultimate role," Style wrote, reporting the story behind the busting of a local call girl ring operated by Susan Stanley, a 38-year-old theater graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University. On April 7 "vice detectives raided her South Richmond home and seized four telephones, five rolodexes, written records, charge card receipts, canceled checks, a typewriter, a word processor and some marijuana and cocaine," reported Robert Goldblum. Stanley reportedly was an excellent employer, even offering health insurance to her employees.
